Builder Package - 10 hours - hybrid

Ideal for:
Analysing current communication strategies and assets with the aim of developing changes, corrections and additions.
What it includes:
- 10 hours of hybrid consulting meetings that can be booked in single sessions lasting a minimum of 1 hour;
- Possibility to use up to 4 hours of the package for face-to-face meetings at the client's offices*;
- Email support between sessions (medium);
- Briefing & Follow-up: initial 30-minute call and detailed final report.
This is your returns and refunds policy. It's the perfect place to let customers know what to do if they're not happy with their purchase. A clear returns and refunds policy is great for building trust and allowing shoppers to buy without fear.
The consultation package is nominal and non-transferable.
Upon confirmation of purchase, an email will be sent by Alma Studio staff containing instructions and details for scheduling the first complimentary 30-minute warm-up session.
Sessions can be changed or cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice. If the user changes or cancels the appointment outside this time frame, the session will still be deducted from the remaining hours.
The package is valid for 9 months from the first warm-up call.
* In-person sessions must be agreed upon with 5 working days' notice. If the client's company is located outside the Milan area, travel expenses will be reimbursed.
