Partner Package - 8 hours/month - hybrid
Who it is aimed at:
SMEs, companies undergoing organisational expansion or seeking a coordinator for specific medium-term projects.
Ideal for:
A professional and ongoing approach to communication, without hiring internally.
What it includes:
- 8 hours of meetings per month for 6 months. Sessions can be booked in individual slots lasting a minimum of 1 hour;
- 1 FREE in-person meeting* at the client's office lasting a maximum of 2 hours, every 2 months;
- Priority support via WhatsApp/email;
- Coaching, mentoring and coordination of the work team where required;
- Monthly report;
- Briefing & Final follow-up: initial 1-hour call and detailed final report;
- Possibility to recover unused hours within 12 months of the start of the contract.
The subscription package cannot be cancelled and the amount is non-refundable.
The consultation package is nominal and non-transferable.
Upon confirmation of purchase, an email will be sent by Alma Studio staff containing instructions and details for scheduling the first complimentary 30-minute warm-up session.
Sessions can be changed or cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice. If the user changes or cancels the appointment outside this time frame, the session will still be deducted from the remaining hours.
The package is valid for 12 months from the first warm-up call.
* In-person sessions must be agreed upon with 5 working days' notice. If the customer's company is located outside the Milan area, a reimbursement for travel expenses will be agreed upon.
